Yes, we will see new pets from active clients only.

What is the difference between your office hours and appointment hours?

Our office hours are for non-appointment related items such as picking up prescriptions for your pet. Our appointment hours are specifically for scheduling appointments as these are the times our veterinarians will be available to see your pet.

What types of animals to you see?

We see dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes!

Do you accept walk-ins?

We do not take walk-ins. All visits with our veterinarians must be scheduled through an appointment either on our website or over the phone.

Do you take emergencies?

We do take emergencies from our active clients only. For all other matters we refer to Northeast Indiana Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Hospital. Please view our emergency information page for additional details.
